Ask for employment and accommodation terms before you book travel: pay, deductions, hours, contract dates, what “live-in” actually includes, and who covers travel.
Avoid sending passport scans, bank details or right-to-work packs until you are confident the employer is genuine and you are progressing a real application.
Accommodation, meals, uniforms or transport may come out of pay. Confirm amounts, timing and what happens if the season ends early - before you leave home.
Pressure tactics, off-platform payments, or requests to move the conversation somewhere private with urgency are red flags. Tell us at hello@wayfarer.work and stop engaging.
