Front of House Assistant

We are building our 2026 front-of-house teams across The New Inn, Ruin Beach Café, The Flying Boat and Hell Bay Hotel, and we are looking for people who love creating memorable moments and genuine hospitality. ## The role You will be the face of the guest experience - welcoming visitors with genuine warmth, handling enquiries and billing with precision, and ensuring every visit is smooth, memorable and stress-free. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling tasks with confidence while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. From resolving guest issues swiftly to building lasting rapport, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional hospitality we are known for. ## Ideal candidate - Warm and friendly with a welcoming approach - High standards of dress and presentation - Calm in busy or difficult situations - Organised and able to join an efficient team quickly - Trustworthy with the ability to work unsupervised - Excellent interpersonal skills ## Department The New Inn, Ruin Beach Café, The Flying Boat and Hell Bay Hotel ## Hours and contract Full time, 2 days off per week.
