Tresco Island

Our main season runs from early March to early November. Some of our team join us for the whole season, others for a summer stint during uni breaks - either way, it is an unforgettable experience. For full details, see individual job descriptions.

We offer a range of staff accommodation - from private rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities to fully self-contained units. Most are just a minute's walk from the beach, and some even have sea views. We chat through available options during your interview.

Yes - in fact, we really encourage applications from those happy to share accommodation - whether as a couple, or friends sharing a twin room.

We usually get you here on the Scillonian ferry from Penzance, but if you would rather fly, you can top up for air travel - just note the smaller luggage allowance. We cover your travel to Tresco at the start and back to the mainland at the end of your contract.

It depends on the role. Some positions require previous experience, but for many we provide full training. Every team member also receives a thorough induction and a warm welcome to island life.

We know how hard it can be to leave furry friends behind, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets for seasonal team members.

To work in the UK, you need proof of your right to work. For UK and Irish citizens this usually means a passport. If you are from outside the UK, you need a valid government share code. We are not able to arrange visas or right-to-work documents.
