Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef

Passionate about fine food? We are seeking creative chefs to join our kitchen teams across Tresco Island and the 3 AA Rosette Hell Bay for the 2026 season. ## The role You will work with the finest fresh produce, preparing dishes and ensuring food is served to a consistently high standard, whilst keeping the kitchen clean and tidy in line with health and hygiene regulations. A key responsibility will be assisting the Head Chef with staff rotas, management and training of team members, and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. You will also work closely with the Head Chef on planning menus and developing new dishes. Other duties include liaising with suppliers and placing orders while keeping to budget, monitoring profit margins through portion and waste control, and completing any training required. ## Ideal candidate - Dedicated and driven, with a passion for hospitality kitchens - Experience providing outstanding food service - Keen eye for detail and high standard of cleanliness - Able to work well under pressure - Able to communicate nutrition and allergen information - Existing hotel restaurant or strong cuisine reputation experience - Relevant kitchen and hygiene certificates (or willing to obtain) - Rosette background advantageous ## Hours and contract Full time, 2 days off per week.
